We are sorry but we can not accept cancellations after shipping your order.

Returned or exchanged at customer's convenience
We will refund the full price of the product only if it is unused and unopened.

3. Return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Returned or exchanged due to problems or defects in our company
We will completely refund the item price and shipping fee or exchange the item for the same item.

Process after return
1. We will start refund processing upon receipt of the returned item from the customer.
