Commissioned from Shinki Hikaku, whose philosophy is to manage all processes from tanning to dyeing to finishing in-house. Globally recognized based on their history, love, and pride for horse leather, they use 100% vegetable-tanned pit tanning. Even in today's efficiency-driven world, they continue the tradition of pit tanning for horse full-grain leather, which is the most time-consuming process. Please enjoy the firm yet flexible feel of pit-tanned horse full-grain leather, the polished edges that shine, and the increasing luster that deepens with use. The Art of Dyeing
The base color is dyed a vibrant blue, then a translucent, darker blue tone is dyed on top, and finally, paraffin is infused using heat.
This complex, three-layer dyeing and finishing process creates the unique blue vintage color.

The Art of Finishing
After applying a thick sheen through glazing, a crumpling process is used to create wrinkles and a frosted effect. The crumpling process reveals a richer expression of the grain surface due to differences in fiber quality in various parts of the leather. Horse Full-Grain Leather Blue Vintage, made with the wonderful natural properties of horse full-grain leather and the abundant techniques of Shinki Hikaku, who have long conversed with horse leather. Each item is crafted according to our manufacturing standards, which have been built with the aim of maximizing the potential of this horse full-grain leather.

It is called a diamond python because of the continuous diamond-shaped markings and patterns all over its body.
This particular item features a back-cut type that utilizes the belly, with a wine gradation dye.
Unlike the wild diamond-shaped patterns on the back, the beautiful gradation dyeing is centered around and highlights the large scales on the belly.
The finish offers both wildness and elegance.
