[Delivery Time]
[Customers paying by Cash on Delivery or Credit Card]
In-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. If out of stock, we will contact you separately.
*If you place and pay for your order by noon on the same day, we will endeavor to ship it on the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the following business day or later. Also, since Wednesday is our regular holiday, orders placed after 4:00 PM on Tuesday and on Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.

In-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
If out of stock, we will contact you separately.

[Payment Deadline]
For cash on delivery, payment is due upon delivery. For bank transfers, payment is due within 7 days of ordering (for made-to-order or in-production products, up to 7 days before the estimated delivery date).

[Return Period]
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products except in the case of initial defects.
In the unlikely event of a product defect, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

[Return Shipping Cost]
In the case of initial defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The refunded amount will be the product price minus the shipping costs borne by us and handling fees. Please note that the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges.

[Defective Products]
Initial defects such as dirt, damage, or artificial scratches will be handled by exchange or repair.
(After receiving the returned item via cash on delivery, we will send a non-defective item via prepaid shipping.)
In the unlikely event that an exchange or repair is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.
