About returns and exchanges

When you receive the product, please immediately check if there are any defects in the product or if you have received a different product than you ordered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have passed 8 days or more after arrival.

If there is a defect in the product or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after arrival. We will exchange it for a non-defective product as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that the product to be replaced is not available, we will make it again or refund the price.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Due to the customer's convenience (different from the image, etc.)
・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・If you have already used or worn
・If there is no contact in advance

We cannot accept direct returns or exchanges for items purchased from a cooperating store.
