It is the largest snake inhabiting South America. It has large, black, polka-dot-like markings on an olive-green ground from head to tail. Each scale is large, and the leather is also quite thick. This anaconda, tanned to a matte finish, is not dyed and retains its natural pattern. In South America, forest development is progressing, and it is said that the population is decreasing due to its impact. It is a rare anaconda to be imported into Japan.

Commissioned Shinki Hikaku, whose philosophy is to manage all processes from tanning, dyeing, to finishing in-house. 100% vegetable tannin pit tanning, recognized worldwide for its history, love, and pride in horse leather. Even in modern times, where efficiency is prioritized, we continue the pit tanning of horse leather, which takes the longest time. Please enjoy the firm elasticity, flexibility, shiny edge, and increasing depth of luster with use that resides in pit-tanned horse leather.
The exquisite art of dyeing

This complex dyeing process creates the "Black Vintage" color, with the base color dyed in an intentionally uneven black without allowing the dye to permeate the core of the horse leather, and then dyed with a transparent brown.

After applying a thick glossy finish through glazing, a creased and whitened effect is achieved through揉み加工 (momikakou -揉み加工, a crumpling process). This crumpling process brings out a richer expression of the grain surface due to differences in fiber quality depending on the area. We craft each item one by one, based on the standards of construction we have developed to maximize the wonderful properties of horse leather and the techniques of Shinki Hikaku, who have had a long dialogue with horse leather, poured into the Horse Nume Black Vintage.

The Silver Ring features an original silver ring adorned with the nostalgic "Manifold Concho."
