-LARGE CROCODILE-
Crocodile leather that has been widely used in Japan for a long time.
New Guinea crocodiles (large crocodiles) inhabit freshwater swamps and rivers in Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.
The scales on their abdomen are nearly square, and their size is larger than those of saltwater crocodiles (small crocodiles), hence the name "large crocodile."
While most crocodiles are farmed, many large crocodiles are wild.
This product was made using the jaw part.
It offers a dynamic feel, different from the abdominal scales.

-Horse Nume BLACK VINTAGE-
We commissioned Shinki Leather, whose philosophy is to manage all processes from tanning, dyeing, to finishing in-house.

Recognized worldwide, their 100% vegetable tannin pit tanning is based on a history, love, and pride for horse leather.
Even in modern times where efficiency is prioritized, they continue the pit tanning of horse Nume, which is the most time-consuming process.
Please enjoy the firm yet flexible feel of pit-tanned horse Nume, the shiny edges achieved by simple polishing, and the deepening luster with use.

The master skill of dyeing
The complex dyeing process that creates the color of this Black Vintage involves dyeing the core of the horse Nume with a brown base color without allowing the dye to penetrate deeply, and then applying a translucent black dye over it.

The master skill of finishing
After achieving a thick luster through glazing, a crumpling process is applied to create a wrinkled and whitish effect.

This crumpling process brings out a richer expression of the grain surface due to differences in fiber quality depending on the area.

This horse Nume Black Vintage was created by fully utilizing the wonderful properties of horse Nume and the techniques of Shinki Leather, who have a long history of working with horse leather.
Each item is manufactured according to our production standards, which have been established to maximize the potential of this horse Nume.
