Based on the same quality extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather used for our 7mm thick extra-thick belts, which we have been producing for over 10 years since MANIFOLD was founded, we apply:

1. "Re-tanning" of the extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather once again.

2. "Stretching process" where both sides of the leather are gripped and pulled with metal.

This creates a strong belt strap that can withstand years of hard use, bending flexibly without stretching.

Due to the stretching process, the thickness standard is 5.5-5.7mm.

The old 7mm thick extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather and the "strongest vegetable-tanned leather" that has been refined.
When you bend and compare them, you can feel the surprising quality of the vegetable-tanned leather.

A 35mm double-pin brass buckle designed and hand-carved by the "Night Shift Manager" himself.
This buckle is finished with thick silver plating.
Enjoy the unique expression created by the thick silver plating and the remaining smoke in the very rough sand texture of the sand casting.
