The "Night Shift Manager" personally designed the buckle and carved the prototype to create this 30mm single-pin brass buckle.
Moving away from the rough buckles of the past, this new buckle boasts a refined finish with polished surfaces and sand-cast texture on the sides, creating a fresh aesthetic.

Memories of leather called "harness" used in belts made approximately 30 years ago.
Today, 30 years later, we encountered the same "harness" leather.

This cowhide nude leather, named "Dipped Work Harness," is, as its name suggests,
leather made for harnesses (reins) that require strength and durability.
And the process by which this leather is made is, as its name suggests,
vegetable tanning using the pit method.
Furthermore, it is immersed in a mixture of wax and oil for a certain period of time, allowing it to penetrate to the core.
This wax and oil give it flexibility while maintaining its core, creating a rich texture.
When the leather is bent, the oil on the surface moves and the color changes, creating a pull-up effect that you can enjoy.
This leather, originally about 6mm thick, was made 4mm thick this time, finding the best thickness that allows it to be worn as a belt without stress while maintaining the tension and firmness of the leather.

This leather was created by Wickett & Craig, a US company founded in 1867.
This leather, a product of over 150 years of accumulated technology, continues to thrive today.
