-Horse Nume BLACK VINTAGE-
Commissioned Shinki Hikaku, whose philosophy is to manage all processes from tanning, dyeing, to finishing in-house.
Recognized worldwide for their 100% vegetable-tanned pit-tanned leather, based on a history, love, and pride for horse leather.
Even in an era where efficiency is prioritized, they continue the tradition of pit-tanning horse Nume leather, which is the most time-consuming method.
Enjoy the firm yet flexible texture, the lustrous edges when polished, and the increasing depth of shine with use, all characteristic of pit-tanned horse Nume leather.

The Art of Dyeing
This Black Vintage color is created by a complex dyeing process where the base color is dyed black with an intentional unevenness without permeating the core of the horse Nume leather with dye, and then transparent brownish tones are dyed over it.

The Art of Finishing
After achieving a thick luster through glazing, the leather is milled to create wrinkles and a frosted appearance.
Milling brings out the richer expressions of the grain surface due to differences in fiber quality across different parts of the leather.

Each item is meticulously crafted according to the standards we have established, aiming to maximize the potential of the horse Nume Black Vintage leather, which combines the wonderful inherent qualities of horse Nume leather with the extensive expertise of Shinki Hikaku, a company that has worked with horse leather for a long time.

-JACURUXY-
Jaculusy belongs to the lizard family.
The oval dorsal scales arranged from its head to its back resemble the back of an alligator.
Its belly has a scale pattern similar to other lizards.
Due to its unique pattern, it is also called a caiman lizard (alligator lizard).
It mainly inhabits Brazil and Guyana in South America, but Jaculusy leather has become difficult to obtain today.
