Based on the same quality extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather used for the 7mm thick extra-thick belts that MANIFOLD has been making for over 10 years since its establishment,

2. "Stretching" by gripping both sides of the leather with metal and pulling it

By applying these processes, it becomes a strong belt strap that can withstand years of heavy use, being flexible yet not stretching.

The old 7mm thick extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather and the "strongest vegetable-tanned leather" that has been trained.
You can feel the surprising quality of the vegetable-tanned leather by comparing their flexibility.

This strap is finished into a 6mm diameter round rope.
