The strongest belt is not made from leather finished for ornamental purposes.
The grain surface (leather surface) may have healed scars or faint lines.
This is the cleanest the grain surface of the strongest belt can be.
If you desire a cleaner surface, we recommend choosing an ornamental belt.
If you desire the superb quality of the leather's interior, please choose our "strongest belt."
For those who appreciate the essence of leather, this will be the ultimate belt.

Based on the same quality extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather used for the 7mm thick extra-thick belt that we have been producing for over 10 years since MANIFOLD's inception, we now perform:

1. Re-tanning the extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather

2. Stretching the leather by gripping both sides with metal

This process creates a strong belt strap that can withstand many years of hard use, being flexible yet resistant to stretching.

Due to the stretching process, the thickness standard is 5.5-5.7mm.

Comparing the old 7mm thick extra-thick vegetable-tanned leather with the "strongest vegetable-tanned leather" that has been further strengthened,
you can truly feel the astonishing quality of the leather when bent.

This 30mm single-pin brass buckle was designed and carved from a prototype by the "Night Shift Manager" himself.
This buckle is then given a thick silver plating.
Enjoy the unique expression created by the thick silver plating and the remaining smoke on the coarse sand-cast texture.
