[ROUND FASTENER WALLET] with T-bar & Silver ring
It has been more than 10 years since we started making round fastener wallets.
The round fastener has become an indispensable standard item.
By using horse leather (nume leather), we have created a smart yet light wallet that does not compromise on storage capacity.
The exterior design is inspired by the connection between arcs and vertices.
The true form of this wallet will only become apparent once you start using it and fill it with your belongings.
Sculptural beauty accentuated by its simplicity
Adorned with a T-bar and Silver ring

-ELEPHANT-
Currently, the elephant leather distributed is from African elephants.
It is characterized by large, distinctive folds and wrinkles in different parts, and if you look closely, you can see a fine granular raised grain (surface skin).
The more you use it, the more luster it develops, and the thick elephant leather has a profound feel.
By skiving the edges only at an angle, we have created a beautiful edge surface that integrates with the horse leather (nume leather) while preserving the profound feel of the elephant leather.
-Horse Nume GRAY VINTAGE-
Commissioned Shinki Hikaku, whose philosophy is to manage all processes from tanning, dyeing, to finishing in-house.
Recognized worldwide for their 100% vegetable-tanned pit-tanned horse leather, based on their history, love, and pride for horse leather.
Even in modern times where efficiency is prioritized, they continue to use pit tanning, the most time-consuming method for horse leather (nume leather).
Please enjoy the firm yet supple texture, the beautifully polished edges, and the deep luster that develops with use, all characteristic of pit-tanned horse leather (nume leather).
New Gray Vintage, a year in the making
The horse leather (nume leather) Gray Vintage, realized through the outstanding techniques of Shinki Hikaku.
Over the course of approximately one year since last year's prototype, Shinki Hikaku addressed all the issues found in the prototype samples.
・The firmness of the nume fibers was adjusted for wallets and small items, differing from finishes for clothing or bags.
・The adhesion between the grain and flesh sides was increased, resulting in a firm horse leather (nume leather).
This resulted in an ideal horse leather (nume leather) finish with minimal grain lifting.

Each item is crafted according to our manufacturing standards, which aim to maximize the use of the horse leather Gray Vintage, incorporating the wonderful characteristics of horse leather (nume leather) and the techniques of Shinki Hikaku, who have long worked with horse leather.
*Each product made with Gray Vintage will have unique gray tones and variations in unevenness.
We hope you enjoy this as a characteristic and charm of the leather.
